A reminder: CentexSingles.com has a NO REFUND POLICY.
This has been covered both in the membership
agreement and the application for joining
CentexSingles.com and reads as follows: “A XXXX-day
written notice to cancel does not grant or in anyway
imply a refund." All charges are done monthly (or
otherwise per your selection) on a reoccurring basis
and will be reflected on your credit card.

All Cancellations and/or Downgrades
|

You can cancel or downgrade your
membership simply using our automatic response system
or you can email or fax us your request. Your
cancellation/downgrade will be in effect within XXXXX
days of the receipt of your request. Please make sure
to enclose your: full name, telephone number, date
that you have joined, user name, email address and
reason(s) for cancellation/downgrade. We have a strict
NO REFUND POLICY. There will be absolutely NO refunds
given at any time. Once you have cancelled your
membership, we will remove your account information so
that you no longer receive charges. You will receive
an automatic email providing you with options
available when canceling. There are NO refunds for
unused time. You have agreed to our terms by clicking
on ‘submit’ on the day of your registration. Please
let us know what caused your cancellation so that we
can serve the CentexSingles.com community better in
